Refunds

Thirty days, no questions

If you pay for 66music and decide within thirty days that it is not for you, ask and we will refund it. You do not have to explain why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

That applies to whatever you paid for, on whichever plan — including any one-off purchase. The plans themselves are not on sale yet.

How

Email us from the address on the account. The refund goes back to the card or account it came from, and how long it takes to appear is up to your bank rather than us — usually a few working days.

After thirty days

A subscription can be cancelled at any time, and it then runs until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund part-periods after the thirty days, and we do not bill you again after you cancel. The self-service cancel button is not built yet; until it is, one email does it.

What we do not do

There is no retention offer, no “are you sure” sequence, and no pause-instead flow you have to click through. Nobody will try to talk you out of it. When the self-service button exists it will be one click; until then it is one email that we answer with “done”.

None of this affects any right you have under consumer law, which in most places is at least this good and sometimes better.
